Leveraging business management best practices and applying the learning to artists, has been a passion for Kristin since 2001 when she freelanced at Interscope in Manhattan. Years later, she and her team work to mentor, advise and inspire emerging talent to consider their goals and how their music, look and feel all work to build the strongest connection with their fans/audiences.
